Open a PDF that has readable internal bookmarks. A visual contents page with printed chapter names is not necessarily a set of PDF bookmarks. Use Create result, then open a few chapter PDFs before downloading the set.
Open the PDF and decide how many source pages should appear on each sheet. Small source text needs a more generous layout. Create the PDF and inspect a full sheet before printing the whole document.
Choose the pictures and the watermark type. Keep an unmarked original so you can make a clean version later if needed. Apply the watermark and download the new images.
Choose one clear portrait with the whole head visible. Check the authority’s requirements for size, background, expression and editing before you start. Choose the number of print copies, create the photo and inspect the image and print sheet.
Choose the images and select a picture in the preview. Decide whether you need a left/right reflection or a top/bottom one. Process and download the new image copies.
Choose a crop style and add one image. You can change the style afterward. Look at the highlighted area before moving the handles. Check the displayed output size, use Crop image and inspect the processed result before downloading.
Choose the PDF and look at the current file name. Decide on a short, readable name that describes the document and, if useful, its date or part number. Download the copy and check the file name in your device’s Files or Downloads folder.
Choose the PDF and read its current properties in the workspace. Check whether you need to change the document title, the author information or simply the download filename. Open Document Properties in a PDF viewer to check the saved values.
Open one unlocked PDF in Organize PDF. Scan through the thumbnails first and note which pages need to move, turn or go. When the order is right, save the organized PDF. Keep at least one page in the document.
