Before you buy
Vocal Remover, Noise Remover, Audio Converter, Audio Enhancer, Audio Joiner, Audio Cutter, Compress PDF, Word to PDF and Compress Image are free without registration or a session time limit. Their published file, format and device limits still apply. You get 30 minutes to try the tools that need access, without creating an account. Once that window ends, wait at least one hour before starting another. Opening an eligible trial tool starts the next window. Time keeps running while you are away. The nine free tools have no session timer. Clearing cookies or browser data does not restart the timer on the same public IP. People on the same Wi-Fi or shared network may therefore share a window and its waiting period. We cannot reliably recognise an unregistered visitor who changes both cookies and public IP. Signed-in accounts use their own access rules. A registered account has its own 30-minute window every three hours, measured from the previous start. The same window follows your account across devices. Idle time counts, and unused minutes do not carry over. Use the tools with your actual files and review the results before buying access. A pass gives you more time; it does not make an unsupported file or an unreachable compression target work.
Passes, prices and tax
India: ₹120 for 4 hours, ₹220 for 24 hours, ₹350 for 21 days or ₹4,570 for one year (365 days). Other countries: US$3 for 24 hours, US$4.12 for 21 days or US$49 for one year (365 days). The annual price includes the advertised 35% discount. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Every plan includes all tools, with their published limits, and does not renew automatically. Your account country determines the available plans and currency. The four-hour pass is for India accounts only. International prices are published for supported checkout; an overseas payment is possible only when international checkout is enabled. Applicable taxes may be added to each payment. Checkout shows the base price, tax and final total before you pay. No extra tax is charged where the configured rate is zero. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own conversion or transaction fee.
What checkout needs
You need an account with your name, email address and country before paying. No phone number or postal address is required by Tooldu. Google sign-in, when available, can create an account; choose your country in Profile before checkout. Pay only with a method you are authorised to use.
When your pass starts
Razorpay handles checkout. A bank debit or a checkout success message alone does not activate a pass: our server must verify a captured payment against the order, amount and currency. Once verified, the purchased duration is added to your account. If a pass is already active, the new duration is added to the time remaining. Otherwise it starts when our server records the verified access credit. Check the expiry shown in your account.
Time, renewal and interruptions
Each plan, including the annual plan, is prepaid with one payment. It does not renew automatically; choose another plan when you want to renew. Time runs continuously, including while you are away, offline or unable to use a tool. There is no automatic pause or service-credit scheme. Contact support if an outage or access failure prevents you from receiving the service you paid for; any remedy required by law remains available.
Refunds and your legal rights
Successful purchases are normally non-refundable. We do not normally offer a refund for a change of mind, unused time, the wrong plan, or a file or device limitation that could be checked during the trial. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, legally required remedies, or verified duplicate, unauthorised or incorrect payment corrections. A checkout acknowledgement cannot take those rights away.
If payment is pending, fails or is cancelled
Check your bank and use Check payment status in Billing before trying again. A failed or cancelled checkout does not grant paid access. If money was debited but no pass appears, or you think you were charged twice, contact support with your Profile ID, order or payment reference, approximate time and the message you saw. Do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords or recovery codes. Reversals and bank settlement times depend on the bank or payment provider; we do not promise a fixed reversal date.
Ad-free tool access
Every verified paid plan includes ad-free tool pages while you are signed in and the paid access remains active. Free and trial access do not include this benefit. Other public pages can still show configured ads. Signing out, expiry or removal of paid time after a verified refund ends this benefit.
Payment records and policy changes
Billing keeps your orders and payment status. The administrator can review payment attempts, confirmed captures, failures, checkout closure reports and verified corrections. A browser-reported failure or closure is useful for investigation but is not proof of a bank charge. Checkout records the payment-policy version and your acceptance time. The terms accepted for a purchase continue to apply to that purchase, alongside any rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a full refund or reversal is confirmed, the corresponding paid-access credit is removed.
