THE SAME DOCUMENT. A CLEARER VIEW.

Precise page orientation. A simpler workflow.

Visual page rotation

Turn pages directly beneath their thumbnails. Previews update immediately; enlarge any page to check the details.

All, odd, even or selected

Choose a group of pages in the current PDF, then apply a turn. Individual controls always affect only their own page.

Three angles. Room to undo.

Use 90° right, 90° left (270° clockwise) or 180°. Restore original orientation or undo up to 30 rotation changes.

Native quality stays intact

Rotation updates the PDF page orientation without rasterizing text, vectors, images or existing form fields.

How to rotate PDF pages and save permanently

  1. Upload your files

Choose files or drag PDFs into the upload area. For Dropbox or Google Drive files, download a local copy first and select it here. Up to ten unlocked PDFs fit in one 350 MB batch.

  2. Select pages and rotate

Choose All pages, Odd pages (1, 3, 5), Even pages (2, 4, 6) or check individual pages and choose Selected pages. Turn 90° left, 90° right or 180°. Each thumbnail also has independent controls. Use Undo or Original orientation to correct a turn.

  3. Save and download

Click Rotate PDF and download your result. The saved orientation remains when reopening the file. Multiple results are also available together in a ZIP. Check downloaded documents before sharing; changes invalidate existing digital signatures.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Rotate PDF: questions & answers

Useful answers. Clear next steps.

At a glance

Upload up to ten unlocked PDFs, with 350 MB per file and per batch and up to 150 pages per PDF. Review thumbnails for every page. Choose All pages, Odd pages (1, 3, 5), Even pages (2, 4, 6) or Selected pages in the current PDF, then turn 90° left, 90° right or 180°. Each page also has individual controls. Reset original orientation or undo rotation changes. Save the rotated PDFs individually or as a ZIP, or continue in the editor or compression tool. Native text, graphics, page crop areas and form fields remain intact without rasterizing. Files stay on your device. The shared 30-minute trial and verified member access pass apply. Edits invalidate digital signatures. Registered accounts can start 30 continuous minutes of all-tools access every 3 hours, measured from the previous start. Idle time counts; unused minutes do not roll over. Paid passes provide continuous access.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Rotate a single page with its thumbnail controls, check pages and choose Selected pages, or choose Odd pages (1, 3, 5) or Even pages (2, 4, 6). All pages applies to the current PDF, not other files in the batch. Turns are added to the existing orientation; Original orientation removes your added turns.

Will rotation affect document quality?

No rasterization is used. The tool changes native PDF page orientation, retaining selectable text, fonts, images, vector graphics, page crop boxes, links and form fields. The downloaded PDF keeps the saved rotation when reopened. Editing invalidates existing digital signatures; review results before sharing.

Can I use this on my mobile phone?

Yes. The responsive workspace works in a modern mobile, tablet or desktop browser. Every page has a thumbnail and touch-friendly controls. Large files may require more memory than a particular device can provide.

What are the upload and trial limits?

Up to ten unlocked PDFs per batch, 350 MB per file and 350 MB combined, with 150 pages per PDF. All tools share a 30-minute trial without registration. A verified member access pass is required after expiry. A batch downloads as separate PDFs or one ZIP. Registered accounts can start 30 continuous minutes of all-tools access every 3 hours, measured from the previous start. Idle time counts; unused minutes do not roll over. Paid passes provide continuous access.

Are my documents private, and can I rotate protected PDFs?

PDF rotation, previews and ZIP creation run locally in your browser. PDF bytes are not sent to a conversion service. Unlock protected files in an application you are authorized to use, then upload the unlocked copy here. Corrupt or protected files produce an error. Account and access metadata still use the membership service.
