What the service provides
tooldu.com offers PDF, image, audio and video tools in a web browser. Processing normally takes place on your device; accounts, access checks, payments and support use online services. These terms apply with the Privacy, Cookie, Payment and Service Level Agreement pages. If you cannot legally enter an agreement on your own, ask a parent, guardian or another authorised person to arrange any account or purchase.
Free tools, trials and passes
Vocal Remover, Noise Remover, Audio Converter, Audio Enhancer, Audio Joiner, Audio Cutter, Compress PDF, Word to PDF and Compress Image are free without registration or a session time limit. Their published file, format and device limits still apply. You get 30 minutes to try the tools that need access, without creating an account. Once that window ends, wait at least one hour before starting another. Opening an eligible trial tool starts the next window. Time keeps running while you are away. The nine free tools have no session timer. Clearing cookies or browser data does not restart the timer on the same public IP. People on the same Wi-Fi or shared network may therefore share a window and its waiting period. We cannot reliably recognise an unregistered visitor who changes both cookies and public IP. Signed-in accounts use their own access rules. A registered account has its own 30-minute window every three hours, measured from the previous start. The same window follows your account across devices. Idle time counts, and unused minutes do not carry over. India: ₹120 for 4 hours, ₹220 for 24 hours, ₹350 for 21 days or ₹4,570 for one year (365 days). Other countries: US$3 for 24 hours, US$4.12 for 21 days or US$49 for one year (365 days). The annual price includes the advertised 35% discount. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Every plan includes all tools, with their published limits, and does not renew automatically. Paid time starts after a captured payment is verified, does not renew automatically and is subject to the Payment Policy. Do not pay again while an earlier charge is unresolved.
Your account
Keep your password and recovery code private. Manual signup asks for your name, email, country and a password. Manual signup does not verify ownership of your email by OTP. Existing mobile sign-ins remain supported. A Google account, when supported, provides a verified Google email and account identifier. It does not give us your Google password, Gmail messages or Drive files. Use accurate details and report suspected account misuse.
Your files and the rights to use them
You keep your rights in your files. Only process material that you are entitled to use, and get permission before sharing someone else’s personal or confidential information. Do not use the tools to infringe copyright, remove rights notices without permission, forge records, impersonate another person or create a misleading signature. We do not grant rights over material owned by someone else.
Check the result before relying on it
Keep an original copy and review every download. Formats, fonts, encodings, scans, codecs and device memory can affect a result. OCR can misread text. Colourisation and enhancement can infer or alter details rather than recover the original scene. Background removal and object cleanup may need manual correction. Each tool shows its own limits; a paid pass does not remove those limits or guarantee a particular result.
Signatures, redaction and document changes
A drawn, typed or uploaded signature is a visual mark, not proof of legal identity. Supported digital-signature checks do not establish certificate trust, revocation status or whether a signer had authority. Cropping and whiteout are not secure redaction. The dedicated Redact PDF tool creates a new rasterised document with selected areas overwritten; check every page before sharing it. Editing a signed PDF may affect its signatures.
Acceptable use and third-party software
Do not attack the service, attempt to access another account, submit malicious material or interfere with other visitors. Hosting, Google services and Razorpay have their own applicable terms. Some tool components use open-source licences, and their notices and licence rights continue to apply. These terms do not replace those licences or claim exclusive ownership of third-party software.
Availability, responsibility and disputes
The service is offered on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a processing deadline or compatibility with every file. You are responsible for choosing appropriate files and checking the output. Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only where the law allows it; it does not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support about a problem. Doing so does not prevent you from using an available legal remedy.
Changes and contact
We may update tools or these terms as the service changes. The date on this page identifies this revision. New wording does not retrospectively remove rights attached to a completed purchase. Please read the relevant terms before paying and contact us if anything is unclear.
