What you can expect from the service.

tooldu.com offers practical browser-based tools with best-effort availability and administrator-reviewed support. This SLA explains the service scope, incident process and limits; it does not promise a measured uptime percentage or guaranteed response time.

1. What this agreement covers

This page explains what to expect from the PDF, image, audio and video tools, account access and support. File processing takes place on your device. Online services deliver the site and handle accounts, trial checks, payment verification, settings and messages. Read this page with the Terms, Privacy and Payment policies.

2. Availability

We aim to keep the site usable and fix faults when they are identified. The public service is offered on a best-effort, as-available basis. There is no contractual uptime percentage, guaranteed recovery time, fixed processing deadline or round-the-clock staffed support. A page loading successfully does not mean every file can be processed.

3. Updates and work in progress

Updates may change code, models, fonts, cached assets or backend services. Planned changes may be explained on the site or through support where practical, but urgent fixes and provider failures can happen without notice. Keep your originals and download results before refreshing or closing a tool. Work held in browser memory cannot be restored from a tooldu.com file server.

4. Reporting a problem

Use Contact or the Feedback option on the affected tool. Tell us the page, what you tried, the error message, device/browser and approximate time with time zone. For a payment or access problem, include your Profile ID and payment or order reference. Remove confidential details from screenshots. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or card details.

5. How support works

The site administrator reviews contact and feedback messages. A signed-in account can also send a support request and receive a reply in its Notification inbox. Contact replies may use the email supplied. No response or resolution deadline is promised, and these channels are not emergency services. A response may explain a limitation, offer a workaround, request a safe example or follow up on a provider issue.

6. Free use, trials and paid time

Vocal Remover, Noise Remover, Audio Converter, Audio Enhancer, Audio Joiner, Audio Cutter, Compress PDF, Word to PDF and Compress Image are free without registration or a session time limit. Their published file, format and device limits still apply. You get 30 minutes to try the tools that need access, without creating an account. Once that window ends, wait at least one hour before starting another. Opening an eligible trial tool starts the next window. Time keeps running while you are away. The nine free tools have no session timer. Clearing cookies or browser data does not restart the timer on the same public IP. People on the same Wi-Fi or shared network may therefore share a window and its waiting period. We cannot reliably recognise an unregistered visitor who changes both cookies and public IP. Signed-in accounts use their own access rules. A registered account has its own 30-minute window every three hours, measured from the previous start. The same window follows your account across devices. Idle time counts, and unused minutes do not carry over. India: ₹120 for 4 hours, ₹220 for 24 hours, ₹350 for 21 days or ₹4,570 for one year (365 days). Other countries: US$3 for 24 hours, US$4.12 for 21 days or US$49 for one year (365 days). The annual price includes the advertised 35% discount. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Every plan includes all tools, with their published limits, and does not renew automatically. Applicable taxes may be added to each payment. Checkout shows the base price, tax and final total before you pay. No extra tax is charged where the configured rate is zero. Paid time runs continuously, including during idle periods and interruptions. Access is credited after a captured payment is verified. A purchase does not renew automatically.

7. File and device limits

Each tool states its supported formats, file or batch budget, page limits and any export restrictions. Device memory may prevent a large job even within the stated upload size. OCR, colourisation, enhancement and background cleanup need review. Some fonts, codecs, protected files and document layouts are not supported. A pass buys access time; it does not remove those limits or guarantee an exact output size or result.

8. Information and responsibilities

Tool files are processed locally. Account details, messages, feedback images, access records and payments have separate handling in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics and advertising follow the site’s configuration, consent and region rules; standard Tag Manager has the separate behaviour described in the Cookie Policy. Use a current browser on a trusted device, protect your account credentials and check output before relying on it.

9. Remedies and revisions

There is no automatic service-credit, pass-pause or extension scheme, and no independently audited uptime score is published. If you paid but cannot access the service, contact support before paying again. The Payment Policy explains the usual refund terms and verified payment corrections. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. The date on this page identifies this revision; it does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

Questions about access or a service problem?

Try your actual files and review the tool limits before buying a pass. If an existing payment has not given you access, contact support with its reference.
