How to signHow to typeUse on MacUse Upload PDF to open an unlocked document from your device. PDF tools work locally in your browser. Start with a file up to 350 MB and 150 pages. For files in Google Drive or Dropbox, download or sync a copy with your device, then select it using the file picker.
With Select, click a separate image, vector shape or graphic group. Drag it to move, use a side or corner handle to resize, or use the nearby toolbar to rotate, replace an image or delete. The Original PDF objects list helps select overlapping marks. Undo restores each operation. A watermark fused into a scan cannot be selected separately; image and artwork edits retain their original crop or mask, so moved content stays within that crop. Inline images and reused group children may need area editing.
Choose Text and click on the page. Start typing directly on the page. The nearby toolbar changes the added text’s font, bold/italic style, size and color. Click an existing addition to edit it directly; the editing desk keeps font and layout controls. Drag it to move; use a side or corner handle to resize the text area.
With Select or Text, click existing PDF text. Its original font name, size, color, spacing and width are detected and retained on selection. Click where you want the caret and type supported changes directly on the PDF: a live typing preview responds immediately, while native PDF validation and rendering run on a pause, Done or Save. The preview can differ for unavailable fonts; final output is checked with the original PDF font. Done finishes typing, Delete text removes the selected text object, and Undo restores it. Use the floating toolbar to explicitly change size, an English or Bengali catalog font, bold/italic or color. Upload your own compatible TTF, OTF or WOFF font from the toolbar. Move enables dragging. Resize exposes eight handles to change the object from any side or corner. Use Arrow keys, Home and End to move the text caret. Lines can be extended using mapped glyphs; review overlaps before downloading. A matching full Bengali font enables editing verified shaped text. If the source subset lacks a character, choose a compatible font. Text without a usable source mapping has an Edit this area visually action. That option changes the visible page and retains the underlying source text; review its font and background. Typing stays active without a loading indicator, and Bengali keyboard composition is committed after the conjunct is complete.
Choose OCR, select English, বাংলা or both, then recognize one page or up to 10 pages per run at up to 300 DPI. Recognition cleanup reduces scan shadows and table rules without changing the source image. Review each detected region beside the scan, correct misread text and check low-confidence names and amounts. Copy or export the transcript, make it searchable or enable text editing. The original appearance is preserved until a region is edited. Paper repairs stay at the original position when text moves, and long text fits its box. Use Edit scan area to select a picture or missed text region, then move, resize, replace or remove it. Restore scanned original or Undo returns the previous view. OCR cannot recover the exact original font or guarantee correct handwriting. Up to 1,600 text regions per run; review the downloaded result.
Choose Images, select a PNG, JPG, WebP or supported image, then click the PDF. Drag to position it and resize it from a side or corner handle. Images are processed on your device.
Open Forms → Fill existing fields. Fill visible fields on the page or use the named controls in the editing desk. Text, checkbox, dropdown and radio fields are supported. Read-only fields stay protected.
Choose Links and drag a clickable area. Enter a complete https, http, mailto or tel address, or choose Page in this PDF and select a destination page. Internal destinations follow their page when another page is inserted. Existing URL links become selectable in this mode: update their target or remove the link while preserving the page text. Internal document actions are identified and protected.
Choose Whiteout and drag over an area. Move or resize the cover afterward. Whiteout only hides content visually; it does not securely remove the underlying text or data.
Open Shapes for a rectangle, ellipse or line. Drag on the page, then adjust the color, line width and optional shape fill in the editing desk.
Open Find & replace, or use Ctrl/⌘ F. Search literal text, match case or whole words, and move between matches. Replace one occurrence or all editable matches. Every native replacement is checked before committing; a failed font/width check leaves the batch unchanged.
Open Forms to add a text field, paragraph field, checkbox, dropdown or Yes/No radio group. Set a meaningful field name and initial value; provide dropdown options. Keep fields editable in the downloaded PDF, or explicitly flatten them.
Open Annotate → Comment / sticky note, then click the page. Write your comment in the editing desk. Move, resize, recolor or delete the note; Undo restores it. Downloaded comments are standard PDF sticky-note annotations that compatible PDF viewers can open. Notes can contain English or Bengali text.
Choose Annotate for highlight, underline, strikethrough or freehand drawing. Drag across the desired area. Select the annotation to change its color or thickness, move it, resize it or delete it.
Use Apply changes to generate your edited PDF. Review its pages, zoom, rename the download and choose Download PDF. Open it in your browser to print, or share when your device supports file sharing. Return to editing or pass the result locally to another PDF tool. Keep the original and review the result. Undo/Redo applies to committed edits, page operations and link changes. OCR makes scans searchable. Edit scan area changes a visible region without OCR.

Enter your name and choose from 10 locally hosted handwritten styles. Bengali names use a compatible Bengali font. Set the ink color and use the preview.
Your signatureUse your finger, stylus or mouse on the signature pad. Clear and redraw until it looks right. Drawn marks remain transparent around the ink.
Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image. A transparent PNG works best. Then place and resize the signature on the PDF.
A visual signature is not a certificate-based digital signature. A reusable copy stays only in this tab. Editing an already digitally signed PDF can invalidate its existing signature.
Open your PDF using Upload PDF.
Choose Text and click a blank area. Use the editing desk or the addition’s pen button. Choose a font, style, size and color for your new text.
Review placement, use Apply changes, then download your edited copy.
