Choose the original signed PDF. Avoid editing or printing it to another PDF first, because that can remove or invalidate its certificate signature. Review the certificate subject, dates and fingerprint, then download the report if you need a record of the inspection.
Choose your PDF and look at the source preview. Use the page numbers shown by the tool, which start at 1. Choose Create result, then download the individual parts or the ZIP.
Add your PDFs and select a file to see its page thumbnails. Find the pages whose writing is on its side or upside down. Prepare the rotated files and save them individually or together in a ZIP.
Open the PDF and choose the watermark type. Start with one page so you can judge how the mark sits over real content. Select all, odd, even or specific pages, then use Add watermark.
Add the pictures and select the one you want to turn. Check the top of the subject or the first line of writing to decide the direction. Process the images and download the finished copies or ZIP.
Open the PDF and check whether its form fields are interactive. Keep an original copy before filling in answers. Use Apply changes, review the saved preview and download the completed copy.
Choose the PDF and check the blank space at the top and bottom of a few pages. A document with little margin needs a smaller label or a different position. Create the result and inspect pages with writing close to the edges.
Choose a clear scan in OCR PDF. Select only the pages you need for this run, up to ten, so you can review the results without waiting on the whole document. Save the transcript or searchable PDF, then try selecting or searching a word in the saved document.
Choose the PDF in PDF to PowerPoint and review the pages. Pick the slide-content mode before creating the presentation. Use Create result, download the PPTX and open it in PowerPoint or another compatible presentation app.
